Would be cool to hear them mess with that. I love WTU and feel like they are playing it a bit too much. Fully expected it to be a song leading up to the sunrise at Big Cyps. For me it needs to be as dramatic as possible.

I figured a few would be lost around then.
It got kinda sparse around here around then.

Fun show. I would say that it was a better than average 3.0 show. Really loved set 1.

Set two had great songs, but none of the jams I was hoping to see.

It was more a typical 3.0 show than what we saw at BD.

Got kinda sparse in the seats and floor at dicks too.

Rough placement for that one. No one can clear a room like Phish.

Really?

I always remind myself, that there is always something upbeat after a ballad is played most of the time.
There have been a few times where they go back to back with but not often.

Yes really lots of people bolted for the piss/beer lines or sat down during winterqueen.

It's not a bad song but it definitely wasn't what the crowd wanted right there.

Unless they wanted to piss in which case it was perfect.

I'm not complaining, you get what you get at a phish show but the same way they can whip the crowd into a frenzy they can elicit loud groans and a mass exodus. This was one of those times.

I sat down during Winterqueen. I was high, tired after 3 nights of partying, and needed a break.

They all can't be Friday shows.

Still had a good time, but that second set was a bit lacking for me.

No 2nd jam Mike's...

It didn't get off to a good start with everything's right.

That's why we see a lot of the same 2nd set openers. DWD, crosseyed, etc..

They're guaranteed to get it going.

Lizards+Antelope was like an apology encore for bringing the energy down with winterqueen and wtu.

I love wtu btw. Just not in that spot.

It was a typical 3.0 set. Everything's Rigjt was just fine. They didn't get Fuego or CDT going either.

I think they just have all their songs back and wanted to play them.

I really wanted a solid blissful type 2 jam, it didn't get it. What can you do?

I like to go on the internet, low key complain about it, then watch every second of the next night.

That first set just seemed to go on forever. They definitely weren't as loose last night. The crowd isn't doing itself any favors though with the band. Fight night one, and last night the vibe was workman like instead of blow out banana boat excitement. Flat even. It's a very odd Dick's vibe this year.

Simple is crunchy and set 1 doesn't suck

Set 2 is obviously lackluster

I enjoyed all 3 first sets last weekend. Probably my biggest takeaway from this year was that they're finally putting more effort into their first sets again.

First sets started improving in 2015. IMHO.
