So I'm considering going to DC to see these guys. I don't want to pay anywhere near face value thought. It appears 1/4 of the tickets aren't sold on Ticketmaster, and StubHub prices are the same as through TM.

What are the chances value on after market starts to drop out, and when? Buddy has a hotel room but a 2 day cancellation policy...

There are some lower bowl for $99+fees, but come on... That's a lot a dough!

Jancey did you pick a show yet?

Just purchased two tickets to the DC show.

You going to make it?

TBD I'm not excited about paying $99+fees minimum to sit in the lower bowl for essentially a cover band.

Buddy and I have a ok from the wives, we have a hotel room that can be cancelled 2 days prior. We are going to wait out stub hub prices I think. The place is seriously under sold. Like more than a 1/3 of the tickets are available

I'll keep you posted

The Mexico event sold out? $2K/person is steep but I would go if I could afford it

Mid feb is good time of year to go on vacation

Leaving this here before I start a thread.

Have an extra for Boston 11/17. Buddy had to bail, can't find anyone else that needs/wants a ticket. I think I can transfer it to you via TicketMaster. Or perhaps meet up for a beer beforehand. You'd be sitting with me, my gf and her friend. Don't let that scare you away. We can discuss price.

REALLY enjoyed the show last night.

The wife and I streamed it and enjoyed some wine on the front porch....

Ended early, but started early.....Easy to get up for work this morning.

Without a doubt, this is some of the best playing since 1995. I just wish Phil was part of the fun.

I really enjoy the way Mayer has great love and respect for Garcia and the music of the Grateful Dead and seems to understand the important role he is cast in.

Too much going on at Work right now, I may have an out of town meeting either the day of or after the show, and I just can't stomach paying face value for it.

I hope you have fun!
