Sweating my balls off trying to do yard work. Had to cut up a huge branch by hand with the axe because my chainsaw is in the shop. Now I'm mowing. Trying to cool down before hitting it again.

Wallowing in a pile of tissues and a near empty bottle of orange juice.

Fucking parents who being sick kids to the gym can die a tortured death. It’s spreasimg like wildfire through all of us, and my son is throwing up.

Fuck you, parents of the kid responsible for this hell.

Yeah. That's no good. As a parent of two little germ machines I can tell you that we are beyond cautious, and will move mountains not to take our kids anywhere near other people when they're sick. I had no idea how much having kids in preschool and gym care has the potential to fuck shit up. Little sess pools.

Hope your kiddo gets better soon.

This is how it should be done. I swear to god, I never felt this way until having a kid, but now I just want to walk around with a bottle of Lysol spraying a cloud all around me like a protective bubble.

Bout to have a Dead sesh and found myself wondering if the original composer dude of Chocolate Rain ever got his ship off the ground and headed to whatever corner of the county that makes him happiest. I hope he was able to parlay his internet moment(s), into something monetary is what I mean.
Anyway, off to Deadland. Normally you might find me neck deep in 74 or 3. But tonight I'm going to continue my 1981 journey. Any suggestions. Ive been just picking from the archive. I hear fall is where its at so I been here and there for a few nights searchin for that sound

Flipping between Bittersweet Motel and Long Strange Trip. Wife is out of town and my 4 year old is asleep in my bed... I’m about to go snuggle her... I’m excited about that.
