Why would phish playing have any bearing on JRAD booking a show?

Would love to see this band, but their show schedule is horrendous.
I mean I know they play Lockn, and it's right down the road from me, but I ain't hangin' out in a field until 3am to watch them. Or anyone for that matter.
It would be nice if they did a real tour. Not really sure why they don't. It's pretty obvious that it would crush no matter where they played.

It is Ridiculous!

I get that all the members are in multiple other bands but this has got to be the main money maker for all of them. This three shows here, two shows here, two shows here really blows. And I am going to say they have out grown most of the places they have been playing. Brooklyn Bowl is entirely too small for them now.

I don't think they want to saturate the market, or step on others toes. They all view this as a side project/cover band.

Pretty much. although it would be neat if they took a page from the dark star tour book and played decent areas more often.
I did not, and would not stay up for them at Lock'n. In the end, they are a cover band after all - but fuck if they ain't awesome.
