Trey seemed a little lazy last night, for lack of a better term.

His phrasing is just so simple sometimes. Oh well...it was a fun show.

pretty much...

Like the whole second half of 2001 he's just fucking with his echo plex.

And can we talk about that set break nonsense? I'm a sober guy and it kinda freaked me out. If I had a head full, that wouldn't have been very enjoyable. Was it on the screens at the Garden, or just for us at home?

Watched most of the show at a homie's house last night.
Thought they sounded pretty good.
Tube was great, and was about to blast off right but they decided to go into the blues outro instead. Too bad.
Enjoyed Roggae, BOTT & Your Pet Cat.
Mike has no idea what the words are to his own song re: Waking Up Dead.
NMINML & Twist jams were good. Called it quits for the night at the abrupt change into Everything's Right.

Wish I was going. Oh well maybe next year.

The echoplex is cool in person, with the lights, loud in an arena, in the moment. I agree that it comes across as really lazy when you listen back.

He's a better guitarist than that!

Mike was the MVP last night. Page was a close second.

Tube was great, YPC was great, NMINML was great, Twist was good but stalled...Everything's Right beginning was rough- but ER is def the new blast off vehicle for them.

Hood- Yes

Encore- Wedge?!, Slave?!

Great opening to the run. Looking forward to what else they have in store.

was a super fun night last night couch touring with the folks from the board...

had the concert blasting, watching the Leafs smash Phoenix, and got far too drunk....gotta love Holidayz.

ready to do it all again tonight.

I've only re-listened to the Tube so far today. It was going so good....then bam. Ended.

NMNML > Twist was probably my favourite....

Set 1 he was pretty much useless. Set 2 he stepped it up. But he was definitely not in the same zone as everyone else set 1.

We can cut him a little slack. set 1, night 1 after a long lay off. Over all great first show IMO.

Don't think they played it on the screens, but honestly wasn't paying attention to the screens at setbreak.

Weird EDM made from Starwars sound bites. It was just strange.

Couldn’t decide if I liked it, or was frightened by it.

The biggest downside to actually going to the shows is missing out on whatever they do at setbreak on the stream.

The only thing that happened at set break was the changed the camera view to face the front about 3 mins before lights for set 2 and we got a SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH SECTION 119 at the last second. Other than that is dimmed side view with STAY TUNED on the screen.

A lot of the non-official streams have some custom setbreak weirdness. I think thats what's being referred to here.

The official strea, you're correct, is just the Stay Tuned screen.

Oh! Cool.

I thought it was a little odd for phish to show that. That makes sense.

They sometimes do the thing with wacky information or a look at the band's gear and stuff, so that's what I was referencing.

Yeah, this was real low budget, strange stuff. It didn't occur to me that it was from the person streaming.
