Yeah.

I should only get better.

Maybe it's just me, but the BD has this celebratory feel to it. Not sure if they'll do this no repeat thing or not, but it feels like they're trying to play from all eras of their career.

It definitely has a special vibe surrounding it. I'll bet that whole MSG area feels a lot like the old multi-night Grateful Dead stands from the 80's and 90's. The band has been treating this like a special run, too.

I liked last night a lot but didn't love it like a couple of other shows on this tour, but you know this run is gonna gain momentum. Somewhere during this stand they're going to bust out a show that'll be talked about for a long, long time.

Agreed. Hell, they could bust out a musical costume set, another new album set, Riker's Mailbox...... love the limitless possibilities. 3.0 may not be my favorite, but they are still better than 95% of what's out there and I am excited to hit up a few of these and join in on the rest from home.

I would say that he drives a lot of what happens in shows, so him having the ability to be in bed thinking of ideas every night this tour makes me think he'll be in fine form to deliver the goods.

Can one of you Phish nerds (I use that term very lovingly) tell me if 13 shows is the most they've ever played in 17 days? I'm really curious about their stamina and how they will continue to play so strong for that many in a row.

It's probably a couple more than normal, but offset by lack of travel should be cool. I'm more interested to know if they'll be tired of the same venue around the 8 show mark.

They are playing so intense. (I know it was only the first night) I hope it keeps building.
That venue seriously kicks ass. The place is electric.

Like, I'm thinking from a physical standpoint. Their fingers, wrists, arms, etc....it just seems like a lot.

TONIGHT’S FLAVOR is STRAWBERRY (strawberry milkshake glaze with donut crumb topping). As a reminder, we’re giving out donuts made by the fine folks at @federaldonuts at each show of The Baker’s Dozen. Supplies are limited and will be offered to ticket holders when doors open (first come, first served).

I think they should hold up. They aren't traveling, Trey sleeps at home I assume and the others probably have ideal arrangements as they have spent a lot of time here.

Also no need to figure out sound in multiple venues. This type of run is pretty ideal at this point in their career. And as mentioned there is a great vibe, seems special, haven't felt something as unique since the Island tour. It's kind of like you know you really shouldn't be seeing Phish there but you are so let's all have a lot of fun.

just ordered the sd stream package. I spent more than $15 dollars a night on beer at the shows. And really, $150 isn't that much.

I went in at 7:20 and had zero wait. It was a breeze. They barely checked anything. At least where I went in.

lets face it, trey has an ego....

and he knows Mayer and Dead Co has been getting ALLLL the love lately.....

when bobby came out and basically said gd50 should have had more rehearsal, that is basically directed at trey.

I feel trey is fighting back :)
