Does the world care that they did that?

Nah

I appreciate it tho

I feel like most touring bands, bands that make their living from playing shows, know about this, and are impressed (such a weak word really) by what their fellow troubadours did at one of the top venues in the world for 13 nights.

I mean they HAVE to be geeling a little bit smaller i would think.

I camt wait tp read a great retrospective article on what just went down at that place
But i do like thinking about what must b hoing on in the heads of some of the bigger rock bands. They play festivals. Tee hee. Phish owns cities at a time at this point.

What a night, enjoyed the heck out of tonight's show. I do have to admit the MPP version of I Been Around was way better.
What a moment being there seeing that banner raised to the rafters.

to be fair Mike never did his bass solo...kinda like his "hendge" during the Mike's intro on 8/3/03

you could tell they were really stretching the song selection tonight. would've much rather had Lifeboy and Contact instead of Come Together and Starboy but what can you do? I too am pretty surprised by a lot of what they left on the table

Simple was amazing and I can't wait to hear YEM shortly. Izabella rips!

Yep.

Overshadowed by BD, the first 5 shows in 2017 were also pretty damn good.

I think that was the point of the gag, to cause a ruckus over "is it or isn't it a repeat". They were too well placed for them not to be a goof. Which is really cool if it that was the intent.

absolutely loved last nights show.

both sets.

hit the ceiling when they started Starman. The ending of it was done very well...much better than the Halloween show.

The YEM was great! So was the Simple. Camel Walk!!!

Encore was perfect.

What an amazing run. Can't believe how good this band is playing in 2017!

I would argue that the greatest moment in Phish history was the 'Tweezer>bunch of songs>Lawn Boy>a few hundred songs>Lawn Boy Reprise>Tweezer Reprise' sandwich.
